Professional responsibilities: Teaching courses related to my field, including Legal Studies, Health Law, Fundamentals of Public Health Law, Patients’ Rights, and Labor Law in the programs of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Semmelweis University. President of the First Hungarian Health Self-help and Legal Protection Association (EMEJÖE)
Responsibilities: Implementation of the Association’s goals, expansion of membership, making the services widely known and accessible, developing and applying legal protection perspectives for doctors, healthcare professionals, and patients. Drawing public attention to the importance of volunteering in healthcare and in higher education in health sciences.
2001 – 2010
Legal Expert at the Municipality of Esztergom
Responsibilities:
a) Preparing and conducting the privatization of the city’s primary healthcare services, providing continuous advice to the Health Committee, drafting and reviewing contracts, participating in committee meetings.
b) Participating in establishing the conditions for reclaiming the right of maintenance of Vaszary Kolos Hospital from the County Government; monitoring the hospital’s legal and economic activities; preparing the privatization of the hospital pharmacy; contributing to the establishment of Hungary’s first EU cross-border healthcare cooperation with Sideria Insurance in Slovakia.
c) Legal representation of the Municipality and its companies in litigation, mainly in cases requiring health law expertise.
